Facile and Convenient Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Schiff Bases Involving Heterocyclic Ring through One Pot Multicomponent Reactions under Mild Conditions

Abstract
A convenient and efficient procedure for one pot preparation of novel Schiff bases through three component reactions of heterocyclic aldehyde, ammonium hydroxide and other aldehydes is described. Also, some convenient and benefit Schiff bases have been prepared by two component reaction, from aldehyd and diamine. In this reaction, the desired products were easily obtained in excellent yields and in short reaction times under mild conditions.
